**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC), taking full responsibility for the flight crew, passengers, and aircraft operations.* Coordinate every phase of the journey, from takeoff to landing, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.* Plan and execute flights with precision, considering weather, terrain, aircraft performance, and flight regulations.* Ensure all safety protocols, documentation, and maintenance checks are in place before every flight.* Provide clear guidance to crew members, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and deliver best-in-class service.**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience* A minimum of 4,500 total flight hours, including 2,500 multi-engine jet hours and experience with large-cabin aircraft.* Bachelor's Degree or higher required.* Hold or be eligible for a type rating in one or more MGM Resorts-owned aircraft. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
