As our Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you are the final point of quality control. You will manage the flow of our precision products to customers worldwide. This is not a “revolving door” warehouse role; it is a detail‑oriented position within a clean, organized, and climate‑controlled manufacturing facility. Shift: First.
Work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM.

Responsibilities
Documentation:
Prepare accurate domestic and international shipping documents, with a heavy emphasis on Bills of Lading (BOL) and commercial invoices.
Logistics Coordination:
Work closely with freight carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL) to schedule pickups and track outgoing shipments.
Receiving:
Verify incoming raw materials against purchase orders and inspect for any damage or discrepancies.
Inventory Integrity:
Maintain precise records within our ERP system to ensure production teams have the components they need.
Quality Packaging:
Ensure our high‑precision instruments are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
