Description & Requirements We are looking for a multi‑craft Maintenance Technician with general industrial maintenance experience focusing on electrical components. The role will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical/electrical equipment, as well as maintaining and improving production operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

2–3 years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical/electrical equipment.

Working knowledge of power transmission systems including gear drives, 3‑phase motors, servo motors, hydraulic motors, and pneumatic motors.

Working knowledge of transfer systems, including conveyors, lifts, turntables, and chain drives.

Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including reading schematics, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Working knowledge of fluid transfer systems including air and electric pumps, mechanical, pneumatic, and electric shut‑offs, flow‑control sensors, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors.

Familiar with planned maintenance tasks, including proper PPE, LOTO, safety pre‑checks, and maintaining an assigned work schedule (inspections, lubricating, repairs).

Basic fabrication skills: understanding assembly instructions, measuring, calipers, dial indicators. Operating power hand tools (drills, grinders, sanders, drill presses, etc.).

Welding skills and understanding boiler principles and operations will be a plus.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor or other leadership team members.

Basic computer and e‑mail skills.

All pre‑qualified candidates will take a NOCTI test to assess technical skill level and expertise.

Other Qualifications Must be computer literate with a willingness to be an effective contributor to the plant’s goal of producing optimum quality and outstanding service levels to customers through effective teamwork. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; military training or technical school preferred. 5+ years of troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems down to component level. Ability to work independently and flexibly, including overtime as required. Background in corrugated manufacturing is a plus.
