Oracle E-Business Suite Senior Developer
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Perm – Remote Role
Job Summary As an Oracle E-Business Suite Senior Developer, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and testing of Oracle E-Business Suite for large medical claims processing systems. The role covers both new system implementations and ongoing operations and maintenance.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and maintain components of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Financial Applications (AP, AR, GL).
Develop and implement Oracle EBS R12 interfaces, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integrations using PL/SQL, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF).
Perform functional setups of Oracle E-Business Suite Applications and develop program units in R12 as per Oracle custom standards.
Collaborate with Development and Business Analysis teams to understand system design and functionality.
Write code per design and coding standards, perform unit testing, and participate in code reviews.
Work on Proof of Concepts and new initiatives.
Support SIT, UAT, and performance testing of Oracle Financial Applications.
Create and maintain project artifacts, and update leads/managers on activities, issues, and risks.
Coordinate with offshore teams to complete development activities.
Perform gap analysis and assess the impact of system software changes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with standard or custom programs.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EBS custom development methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques.
Knowledge of Oracle R12 technical architecture and Financials modules.
Experience with Alerts, OAF & Forms personalization.
Familiarity with Oracle Standard APIs and Open Interfaces.
Strong background in developing interfaces, customizations, conversions, extensions, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and OAF.
Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, adapt to project changes, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
