University Recruiting Lead (Trading/Investments)
Our client is a premier Trading/Investment firm seeking to add a Lead to their University Recruiting Team. This firm values campus recruiting as a pillar of their talent pipeline and this a highly respected area of the business. This role requires experience in recruiting Trading/Fixed Income/Equities and Currency Products. Ideal individual must be passionate about Building Talent Pipelines & Internship Programs with proven ability to foster strong partnerships with top academic institutions.
Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Understand the best sources for student talent
Plan and host on‑campus events
Launch campus branding initiatives by planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns
Develop relationships with top student talent through a variety of engagement methods
Evaluate applicants
Manage the full‑life cycle recruiting efforts of campus hires: from initial outreach through to hiring and onboarding
Track and report on campus recruiting results/data metrics to identify areas for process and performance improvements
Manage relationships with universities and partner organizations to build brand awareness and gain access to talent
Plan and execute engagements to support branding and drive interest in the firm
Own summer internship program and development
Qualifications
5+ years of experience working in campus recruiting
Knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration and applicable federal and state laws
Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to listen effectively
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
