– Join our Back of House/Receiving team as a Part‑Time Retail Stocking Team Lead at our Kissimmee location. This role emphasizes leadership, hands‑on involvement, and strong problem‑solving skills.
Core Responsibilities
Model company‑appropriate Back‑of‑House standards for the receiving/stocking team.
Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area, and sales floor.
Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
Coaching associates on the spot and providing recognition.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to move, handle, and lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more; stand and walk for extended periods of time.
