Skills
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to empathize with customers and handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
