Job Summary Support sales process by effectively demonstrating to internal and external customers the advantages and benefits of utilizing Komatsu equipment's cutting‑edge, progressive technology.
Responsibilities
Coordinate grade control demonstrations in conjunction with sales force
Effectively demonstrate to customers the unique value of available technology
Communicate with the GPS manufacturer
Provide product support and training to customers during sales process
Continue support and training to customers following the sale of equipment
Manage machine control product inventory
Manage grade control sales and rental activities
Provide basic technology troubleshooting procedures to company technicians
Facilitate communication between customer, Komatsu, and local Topcon dealer
Other responsibilities as requested by manager
Education, Experience, and Skills
Exceptional communication skills
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to learn heavy equipment operation
Knowledge of and experience with precision GPS products
Basic understanding of computer networks, systems and software
General land/construction surveying knowledge
Ability to utilize land/construction surveying equipment
Strong construction knowledge and experience
