Are you an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment but wants your evenings back? Eggs Up Grill is looking for a professional, high-energy General Manager to lead our Holly Springs location, with potential oversight/opportunities at our Raleigh site. We don’t just serve breakfast; we serve the community. We are looking for a "CEO of the restaurant" who can drive sales, inspire a team, and maintain impeccable standards. The Rewards:
Base Salary: $52,000/year to start. Profit Sharing: 5% Net Profit Sharing (Monthly/Quarterly). Catering Commission: 10% commission on all catering orders you secure. Performance Bonuses: Additional rewards for hitting key KPIs. Lifestyle & Perks: Free meals, free uniforms, and regular company parties. NO MORE TURN AND BURNS! 5am to 3pm What You Bring:
Proven experience as a GM in a high-volume restaurant. A "guest-first" mentality and a passion for community engagement. Strong financial acumen (P&L management, labor control, and food costs). The ability to recruit, train, and retain a top-tier "Sunshine" squad.
