Salary Range:
$88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage all quality control and assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and audits of products and processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and audits.
Oversee resolution of customer complaints and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal quality policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team.
Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop quality personnel.
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Lean, and Six Sigma.
Bachelor's degree Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Proficiency with specific enterprise-level Quality Management Software (QMS) systems
Experience implementing or managing quality systems in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment
