About the Role
As a CBRE Warehouse & Mail Supervisor, you will direct the team responsible for warehouse and mail operations. This job is part of the Supply Chain function and supports leading edge technology labs and data centers for a fortune 100 company. What You’ll Do
Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Supervise, plan, and coordinate inbound/outbound receiving schedules and oversee the workload. Safeguard warehouse operations and establish security procedures. Audit delivered items with invoices, approve or reject deliveries based on inspections, and check for contraband. Control inventory levels through physical counts and reconciliation with the data system. Apply proper storage methods, identification, and stock location to maintain the warehouse’s physical condition. Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to achieve team objectives. Develop new techniques to ensure the team meets its objectives. Impact team objectives and related team objectives positively. Ensure personal and team outcomes positively impact customer objectives. Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, guide application of practices and procedures, and build consensus. What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job‑related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations; able to lift 50 lbs. In‑depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function. Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset. Compensation
Minimum $27.00 per hour, maximum $30.00 per hour. Compensation depends on skills, qualifications, and experience. Equal Employment Opportunity
