What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with community model builders to ensure seamless model support and go‑to‑market alignment

Track emerging trends in the open model space and assess the impact of new releases

Support product marketing by crafting model‑specific messaging and documentation

Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and developer experience teams to provide best‑in‑class support for open models

Facilitate feedback loops to continuously improve performance, usability, and compatibility

What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of experience in product management or technical partner management

BS or MS or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field

Knowledge of the community model ecosystem, including frameworks like Hugging Face and PyTorch

Proficiency in reviewing Python code for presentations, demos, and articles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including familiarity with Microsoft products and markdown

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience as a product manager at a company specializing in frontier AI models

Hands‑on experience with quantization, distillation, or low‑rank adaptation techniques

Proven track record of measurable results in previous roles

A portfolio showcasing technical writing, social media presence, and relevant work
