WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A DINING AND FOOD SERVICE MANAGER? As the Dining and Food Service Manager, you will lead the front-of-house team, including two Dining Assistant Managers and the Manager of the Men's Grill, while supervising service staff, the On-Course Beverage Cart team, Front Desk reception, and seasonal Pool Cabana staff. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, lead pre-shift meetings, and ensure service is consistent across all dining areas. You will focus on creating memorable experiences for members and guests, managing day-to-day operations, seasonal venues, and special events. You will work closely with the culinary and events teams to organize holiday dinners, themed nights, wine tastings, golf tournaments, and large club festivals. Additionally, you will manage beverage inventory, oversee purchasing, and monitor Point-of-Sale systems while working with the Food & Beverage Director to meet financial goals and maintain efficiency. Every day will involve ensuring smooth operations, high-quality service, and a welcoming environment for members and guests.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK? This is a

hospitality position that requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the needs of the Club and its members.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR DINING AND FOOD SERVICE MANAGER?
Private club experience with a deep understanding of member-focused service culture
Leadership experience in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, or private clubs
Strong knowledge of food preparation, dining service standards, beer, wine, and spirits
Ability to design and execute creative dining experiences and events
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Financial and operational management skills, including budgets, labor costs, and inventory
Familiarity with POS systems (Jonas experience preferred)
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, balance trays, and lift up to 40 pounds
Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team success
