The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support primarily to the
Chief Revenue Officer (approximately 85%) , with additional support to the
Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Financial Officer (approximately 15%) . This role requires exceptional organizational capability, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate seamlessly across revenue, marketing, and finance leadership.
The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who enables executive focus, drives operational efficiency, and supports alignment across go-to-market and financial leadership.
What you’ll be doing…
Primary Support: Chief Revenue Officer (≈85%) Executive & Strategic Support
Serve as a trusted partner and strategic gatekeeper to the CRO, managing priorities, time, and information flow
Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to enable focus on revenue strategy and execution
Prepare executive-level materials including presentations, reports, agendas, and briefing documents
Track, coordinate, and follow up on action items from leadership meetings, QBRs, and revenue reviews
Calendar, Meetings & Communications
Manage a complex, dynamic calendar across multiple time zones
Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior leaders, customers, partners, and board stakeholders
Ensure meetings are well-prepared with clear objectives, materials, and outcomes
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CRO
Operational Excellence
Support planning and execution of QBRs, sales leadership meetings, revenue planning, and offsites
Coordinate travel, expenses, and logistics with efficiency and attention to detail
Maintain organized systems for documents, contracts, and sensitive information
Secondary Support: CMO & CFO (≈15%) Executive & Administrative Support
Provide light but high-quality calendar, meeting, and travel support for the CMO and CFO as needed
Assist with preparation and coordination of select marketing, financial, and leadership meetings
Support cross-functional alignment initiatives involving Revenue, Marketing, and Finance
Communication & Coordination
Facilitate communication and scheduling across the CRO, CMO, and CFO offices to ensure efficiency and alignment
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Special Projects
Assist with strategic initiatives, customer engagements, and leadership projects spanning Revenue, Marketing, and Finance
Conduct research, compile data, and summarize insights to support executive decision-making
Qualities you possess…
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (VP, SVP, or C-level), ideally in a high-growth or revenue-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities across multiple executives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
Strong proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom; CRM familiarity a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting CROs or go-to-market leadership teams
Exposure to marketing and finance executive operations
Background in technology, SaaS, or fast-paced growth organizations
Hybrid 2 days a week if within 30 miles of HQ
