Job Overview
Minnesota Center for Psychology (MCP) is a group private practice clinic in St. Paul offering mental health services to children, adolescents and adults. Established by clinicians in 2009, MCP is committed to providing the best quality care for clients in an environment of integrity, respect, hope, health, healing, wellness, and learning. MCP offers the flexibility and independence to create or continue your own practice while being part of a professional community and receiving administrative support. MCP’s goal is to help people create and live the life they want. We believe this starts with helping clinicians create the practices they want and that clients benefit when their mental health provider experiences professional fulfillment.
MCP currently has part‑time (minimum of 15 client contact hours per week) and full‑time openings for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT). Positions are for licensed Independent Contractors (1099). Must be licensed in the state of MN or member of PSYPACT. Telehealth, in‑office and hybrid options are available.

Clinical supervision
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) services
Focus on specialty services (i.e., EXRP, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, DBT, assessments), general mental health services, or a combination of services
MCP clinicians can join MCP’s Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) team, which is certified by MN DHS (open to both seasoned DBT clinicians and clinicians who want to learn DBT)
Work Hours and Flexibility Choose your work hours (days, evenings and weekends available) and whether you want to work part‑time or full‑time. Enjoy the flexibility of working only at MCP or combining it with another job such as teaching or another clinical position. If you choose to work in the office, benefit from the convenient location in the heart of the Twin Cities, private offices in a beautiful historic building, free parking for you and your clients, and access to the light rail and bus lines in front of the building.

Requirements & Expectations Licensed LMFT with a minimum of 15 client contact hours per week. Must be licensed in MN or a member of PSYPACT. Experience with any theoretical orientation is acceptable; evidence‑based treatments are encouraged.
