What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
Create treatment plans that promote measurable growth and independence
Train and support caregivers, RBTs, and staff
Provide services in center-based, home, community, and clinical settings
What is Required (Qualifications)
Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification and LABA license
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping individuals thrive
