Originating External Sales Manager
Join AnnieMac Home Mortgage as the Originating External Sales Manager. We are looking for a dynamic leader to maintain personal production and supervise a staff of Loan Originators.
Pay Range Base pay range: $13,500.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr. The actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
Attend new referral source meetings.
Maintain personal production goals.
Develop and maintain Realtor relationships.
Recruit Loan Originators at the discretion of the Branch Manager.
Supervise and coach Loan Originators to ensure they are maintaining their production goals.
Train the Loan Originators on proper sales techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through.
Monitor quality of loans originated by Loan Originators and ensure they are within company policy and guidelines. Also, monitor loan originator compensation plans and keep them in balance with production.
