Overview
Field Sales Representative at Auris (formerly Heartland) — payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses. This role involves prospecting, presenting Auris solutions, and closing deals within a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. You may work in person or by phone, using Atlas CRM for lead generation, presentations, and contract processing. Job Summary Responsible for prospecting and delivering Auris Payroll presentations to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle. After training, you may set your own schedule with 100% commission potential and residuals from the business you bring in. Responsibilities Prospect new clients Maintain client records in the Atlas CRM, including call notes and interactions Achieve minimum production requirements to secure a WIN Continuously build knowledge of the product/service portfolio and industry changes Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with a leader Additional responsibilities as needed Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and the appropriate auto insurance Successful completion of a pre-employment background check Based in the area relative to the job location At least two years of relevant experience Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills Works well independently and in a team Incentive-driven sales hunter Professional demeanor and integrity High sense of urgency and sales talent Enjoys cold-calling and in-person interaction Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results Field presence required at least 50% of the time Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Prior experience in a B2B sales role Prior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or HubSpot Competencies Awareness Driven Resilient Respectful Commitment Compensation and Benefits W2 position with medical, dental, life, and disability benefits First-year earnings potential of $90,000 - $105,000+ for top performers with uncapped commissions and residuals 401(k) with matching, HSA/FSA options, and commuter benefits Paid family leave options and other benefits; eligibility varies by location Note: Benefits may vary by subsidiary and geographic location.
