We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support by ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers.
Key Responsibilities
Review, code, and process invoices and payment requests
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate and organized A/P records and files
Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments
Assist with month-end closing tasks
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience preferred
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct, Adelpo) preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables a plus)
