With offices in Nashville, New York, and Los Angeles, we are a highly respected entertainment business management firm. We are looking for a Client Specialist to join our Nashville office for a full‑time, Monday‑through‑Friday entry‑level position focused on learning the foundations of business management. Remote flex opportunity is available after initial training.
Responsibilities
Accounts payable/receivable review and approval
Credit card/road cash reconciliations and journal entries
Tour merchandise and royalty trackers
Basic tax preparation and other accounting tasks specific to the music industry
Special projects and data entry/filing to document software
What makes you a good fit
General love of working with numbers and a passion for the music industry
Ability to work independently
Enjoy and excel in a fast‑paced environment
Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and planning skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Excel and Adobe PDF
Education Requirements
Minimum two semesters of college‑level accounting
Understanding of the music industry helpful but not required
Salary: $21.63 – $22.84 per hour
