YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR RETAIL SECURITY OFFICER We offer full‑time and part‑time positions across

all shifts , providing flexibility to fit your lifestyle and availability.

In this full‑time or part‑time role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring safety at retail establishments across the Atlanta Metro area. You’ll patrol the premises on foot or via mobile patrols, monitor CCTV systems, assist customers with courtesy and professionalism, and collaborate with store management to prevent theft and enforce protocols. You’ll also respond to emergencies, document incidents accurately, and play an essential role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of security experience, preferably in a retail setting

Customer service experience

Strong commitment to customer service

Keen eye for detail

Physical ability to engage in extensive walking throughout the shift

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic security equipment

Knowledge of emergency response protocols and basic first aid

Integrity, honesty, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment

Security‑related training or certifications are a plus.
