About The Role This dual‑function position focuses on high‑touch operational support and advanced logistics for strategic events. You will partner with the Executive Partnerships team for event execution and with the Talent Team for speaker management.
Key Responsibilities
Support executive‑level event strategy, planning, and attendee engagement at third‑party events.
Coordinate with sales account executives to gather intelligence on key event attendees.
Handle guest registration and high‑touch logistical coordination for executive attendees.
Oversee end‑to‑end speaker management: outreach, travel, accommodation, venue, and content readiness.
Coordinate speaker registrations, travel arrangements, and onsite support for VIP speakers.
Collaborate with content and keynote teams to align speaker schedules with overall event strategy.
Lead comprehensive speaker briefings and manage all speaker assets, including presentation decks.
Track, measure, and report against defined team and event objectives and KPIs.
Maintain the talent database with relevant and up‑to‑date information.
Qualifications
Strong project management and time‑management skills.
Proactive, self‑starter able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience executing tactical plans and managing multiple high‑visibility projects.
5+ years of event/speaker management experience, preferably in large‑scale conferences.
Experience working with C‑level executives and high‑profile speakers.
Strong skills in presentation development, speaker prep, and logistics coordination.
Familiarity with Rainfocus and event registration systems.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
