Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. There will be continuous physical activity throughout the workday shift. Responsibilities
Conduct in-store data collection by scanning barcodes on products in multiple locations, including displays and shelves. Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to capture barcode data across assigned stores weekly. Complete Display Scanning and related tasks throughout the entire store on a recurring schedule (weekly). Provide quantity data for approximately 45% of scanned products when requested by clients. Engage in potential Custom Projects that may add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per week per store. Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver high-quality data to clients, enabling independent work and flexibility. Qualifications
At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage. Ability to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand. Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Deadline-driven self-starter with reliability and quality-focused work ethic. Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi and be tech savvy.
