Landmark Surgery Center, a leading outpatient surgical facility, is hiring a Full Time Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse. The role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth surgical operations.
We are looking for a caring, compassionate, and highly skilled Registered Nurse to work in our Pre‑Op and Recovery Room. The RN will be responsible for pre‑operative and post‑operative care of patients in our ambulatory surgery center. Experience in a surgical setting, recovery room, or critical care (ICU, ER, etc.) strongly desired. No weekends or holidays; some later evenings required.
Responsibilities
Provide pre‑operative, intra‑operative, and post‑operative patient care.
Make decisions based on nursing judgment.
Prioritize and organize workload to meet patient needs.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
Active RN license in the state.
Minimum of one year of critical care experience; surgical setting and cardiac monitoring experience strongly desired.
Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
Strong communication skills.
