Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Operations Manager at IU Health West Hospital in Avon, IN. Qualifications
Proficiency in Clinical Operations management and experience in optimizing healthcare workflows
Knowledge of Clinical Research and ability to collaborate with Clinical Research Associates
Strong Project Management skills in a clinical or healthcare setting
Experience in conducting and coordinating Clinical Research projects
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Bachelor's or higher degree in a healthcare-related field, such as Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
