As an RN, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans. You will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing individualized interventions, and continuously evaluating outcomes to ensure the highest quality of care.
Position Highlights
Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients.
Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Manage patient care, including delegating tasks to LPNs and CNAs consistent with their scope of practice.
Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Participate in interdisciplinary care management and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate documentation using Point Click Care (PCC).
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current Registered Nurse license by the State Board of Nursing in the Center’s State is required.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and respond to their medical and physical needs.
Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy.
Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (as required by the State)
