Registered Nurse / RN Float Pool Critical Care
Join our team as a day shift, part time, Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK.
Overview As a Float Pool Critical Care RN, you will provide patient care across medical-surgical units and rehab, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards to deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with standards to ensure quality patient care.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the needs of patients served on medical-surgical units, including rehabilitation.
Plan for patient care, including development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in line with policies and procedures.
Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act as well as other regulatory and accrediting organizations including CMS and The Joint Commission (TJC).
Qualifications
Associate's degree in nursing (ADN)
Current Oklahoma RN license
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
1-3 years of experience (preferred)
