What you will do
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse
(LVN) , you will plan and deliver nursing in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained, at all times.
You will be aiding and understanding to the family in a hospice care setting.
Driving to patient’s homes in the Woodland Hills SF Valley area
Must haves
Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved LVN program
Unencumbered license to practice as an LVN
Proficiency with electronic medical equipment
Must be knowledgeable of nursing/medical practices and procedures, and/or terminology, laws, regulations, and the guidelines that pertain to home health
Experience in home health setting
Willing and able to use your own vehicle to drive to patient’s homes.
Current driver's license and proof of insurance required.
On call availability
Would be great
Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple patients.
Experience in hospice environment
