Applied Behavioral Analyst (ABA Therapist)
The ABA Therapist is responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The role focuses on improving communication, social, academic, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA techniques under the supervision of a BCBA or Clinical Supervisor. Responsibilities

Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis or equivalent and passing the proficiency test from one of the professional associations accredited in the specialty Active UAE Applied Behavioral Analyst License DHA MOH,DOH or DOH Eligibility – mandatory Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior modification techniques Data collection and reporting skills Child-centered and family-focused approach Time management and organizational skills Cultural sensitivity and professionalism Seniority level
