Physical Therapist - Full Time
SSM Health Rehabilitation-Acute Care at DePaul Health Center is seeking a full‑time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Bridgeton, MO. The clinic is a Joint Commission accredited Center of Excellence for Total Joint Replacement and a Comprehensive Center of Excellence for Stroke, serving the north and northwest St. Louis County area and neighboring Illinois.
Our diverse therapy department participates in research and program advancement throughout the 450‑bed hospital.

Responsibilities
Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction.
Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients.
Ensure the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate an effective return to community activities.
Educate patients, families, students, co‑workers, and self.
Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, discipline‑specific therapy development, and program delivery.
Qualifications
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility for state licensure.
Certified BLS or completion of BLS within the first 90 days of employment.
