Conduct comprehensive patient assessments focusing on physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors. Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed. Administer medications and treatments accurately, following protocols and monitoring for adverse reactions. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies. Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to optimize patient care and maintain effective communication. Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required); Associate’s in Nursing acceptable with additional credentials. Current RN license in Florida. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred: Emergency Care Certifications such as CPEN, PALS, ABLS, or similar. Experience in acute or critical care settings preferred. Pay
