Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:
Provide exceptional levels of customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
Accurately produce sales quotations,supportingdocuments, technical proposals, and any other required customer informationto meetcustomerservice KPIs.
Manage and maintain key customer relationships, including internal and external stakeholders taking accountability for the customer relationship where applicable.
Support andfollowstandard and efficient processes that deliver the quality of customer service required at speed
Useapproved Rotorkprice lists to provide customers with accurate quotations and lead times.
Progressand follow-up outstandingordersandquotations within agreed timescales and report accordingly.
Ensuretheintegrityof any data input and maintains records as required.
Maximize opportunities for new business with existing customers (through opportunities for value selling).
Respondprofessionally andaccurately to allothercustomer queries within agreed timescales.
Use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
Manage customer orders within the company's MaterialRequirementsPlanning(MRP)system, including processing changes and addressing any customerenquiries.
Liaise and negotiate with both customers,internal departmentsand Factoryregardingorder fulfilmentor special requirements.
Work with the Quality department to resolve and investigate customer quality complaints, ensuring customer expectations are managed through to resolution.
Qualifications Experience Requirements:
Strong Customer Service experience with3 years’ experience working with instrumentation in a relevant role and/or industry.
Experience in using ERP and CRM Systems.
Degree or Engineering/Technical Qualification (or equivalent).
Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging analytics for sales strategy development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to quickly learn & utilize business software and internal programs.
