Base pay range $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Position Summary Results‑driven Territory Account Executive required to oversee sales and client relationships within designated territories. In this remote role, you will travel regularly within your assigned region to engage with medspas, dermatology clinics, and aesthetic professionals, introducing them to Dp Derm’s innovative microneedling technology and clinical skincare solutions. Responsibilities include driving new business, nurturing client partnerships, and supporting ongoing education to ensure long‑term success.

About the Company Dp Derm is the exclusive North American distributor of DermapenWorld. We offer a full ecosystem of clinically driven devices and skincare.

Objectives

Generate new business in the assigned territory by promoting and selling Dp Derm’s devices and skincare solutions.

Achieve a minimum of $40,000 in sales per month.

Build trust‑based partnerships with medspas, dermatologists, and aesthetic clinics.

Present and demonstrate products, offer clinical education and post‑sale training.

Identify growth opportunities including local industry events, trade shows, and networking.

Act as a trusted resource to clients, offering support and guiding treatment protocols.

Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on goals.

Log all sales activities in HubSpot CRM.

Consistently surpass sales quotas and benchmarks.

Goal‑oriented, proactive territory management.

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Experienced in building long‑term client partnerships.

Proficiency using HubSpot for pipeline and reporting.

Confidence presenting and educating on clinical products.

Highly organized with strong time and travel planning skills.

Education and Experience

2–3+ years of B2B sales experience.

Background in skincare, medical devices, or aesthetics (highly preferred).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $60,000‑$90,000 (contingent on experience).

Uncapped commissions.

Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives based on performance.

10 days PTO and 10 company‑observed holidays.

Company laptop and phone.

Reimbursed travel up to $500 per month.

All travel expenses reimbursed per company policy.

Days‑in‑lieu for weekend business activities.

Physical Requirements

Frequent travel within the territory, including occasional air travel.

Ability to carry/demo up to 25 lb equipment and product samples.
