Job Responsibilities
Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
Maintain overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move‑in and complete resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Demonstrate a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Proficient in plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, minor carpentry, or a skill set that shows aptitude to learn.
Professional appearance is a must.
Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Driver’s license and car.
