Abra Dental / Pearly Whites Dental Office is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Front Desk/ Receptionist to join our Dental team!
We are a multi-specialty dental office (General, Pediatric and Orthodontics), with many locations in New Jersey! Busy dental practice so must be easy going, friendly and ready to work.
Will be interacting directly with patients, doctors, insurance and answering high volume of phones.
Have at least 2 years' experience in customer service/ receptionist position/ front desk duties; dental experience is a PLUS but not required.
Responsibilities
Interacting in a high-volume patient practice
Learning schedule needs- checking patients in and out
Computer savvy: No paper charting, all forms are completed electronically.
Making recall appointments and confirming schedule
Collecting payments and co-pays.
Verify insurance eligibility, contact insurances when applicable
Work with office managers, supervisors and operations team on how to resolve issues and answer questions
Our ideal candidate must have strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills along with being able to multi-task in a growing, high-volume environment.
Bilingual English and Spanish/Portuguese
