Collision Center Vehicle Coordinator

The Collision Center at Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Coordinator to manage the flow of vehicles through our collision repair process. This role is critical to keeping repairs on schedule, maintaining organization on the lot and shop, and ensuring a smooth experience for customers, technicians, and insurance partners.
Full Time - Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vehicle movement from intake through repair and delivery. Taking Intake photosand identifyingdamages with customerwalk around.
Schedule drop-offs, repairs, and customer pick-ups
Communicate with estimators, technicians, parts department, and customers
Organize lot flow and ensure vehicles are properly staged and secured
Verify keys, RO numbers, and vehicle documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and shop procedures
Qualifications
Prior experience in a collision center, body shop, dealership, or automotive service environment preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear communication and customer service abilities
Basic computer skills (shop management software a plus)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, stand, and move vehicles throughout the day
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently
