Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Assist with daily living activities and meal preparation.
Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Administer medication reminders and monitor clients' health status.
Help with mobility and physical exercises to maintain independence.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Document care services and report any changes in client condition.
Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred.
Previous experience in senior care or caregiving roles.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine love for seniors.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to pass background check - EVERIFY.
Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
Willingness to undergo ongoing training and professional development.
