Job Position: Production Material Handler
Location: McHenry, IL 60050
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Production Material Handler Duties and Responsibilities
Executes replenishment report per Instructions
Fulfill orders according to Kanban system
Verify orders quantities using computer and RF scanner
Stock carts and deliver to set up areas in production floor
Follow verbal and written department procedures, work aids, work orders, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions and/or procedure manuals.
Manually integrate Return to Stock (RTS) items for use with new orders.
Assure tha proper documentation and inventories are maintained following instructions
Maintains effective lines of communication with the Supervisor and Lead person(s) to keep them informed of issues.
Production Material Handler Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum one year of material handler experience preferred.
Forklift experience is required but not primary responsibility
May use various production machines with mechanical or electronic controls
Computer and data entry experience and comfortable using computers and learning new software
Using RF scanner, carts, and pallet jacks
Must be able to read, understand and communicate in English.
No HS diploma required
