The General Building Maintenance Technician will conduct basic repairs to buildings in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and other related trades. $21.50/hour minimum with Quarterly Bonus incentives Excellent Benefits with Immediate Paid Time Off Tuition and Wellness Reimbursements Employee Recognition Programs Responsibilities
Assist Maintenance Technicians as needed Inspect air conditioning units and change filters as needed Replace burned out lamps, sockets and ballast to lighting fixtures Perform various carpentry work as needed such as building and installing partitions, door frame jams and hardware Perform basic plumbing repairs (clogs and leaks) on toilets and sinks as needed Perform other duties as assigned Follow Chobani safety procedures Follow Good Manufacturing Practices Requirements
At least one year of experience in building, construction trades or a similar environment High school diploma with some additional training in plumbing, carpentry, masonry, building electrical fields and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
