Your responsibilities
As an important interface between our production and our customers, you will be responsible for handling transport by our external partners. Your responsibilities will include: Processing and handling national and international shipping orders Preparing all necessary accompanying documents and registering and managing transport service providers Import and export processing in compliance with legal regulations Preparing and processing customs documents Planning and coordinating the flow of goods Acting as a contact person for customers, transport and logistics service providers and internal departments Supporting the management of pallet accounts Freight cost control and billing Ensuring compliance with applicable customs, foreign trade and logistics regulations Creating and processing requirements for long-term supplier declarations Promoting improvements and simplifications in recurring processes using the ERP system You have completed vocational training as a freight forwarding agent (m/f/d) or commercial training (e.g. office clerk) with experience in shipping/freight forwarding You have already gained practical experience in your profession You are proficient in shipping processing on a PC (delivery notes/shipping documents) You have good organisational skills You have a good command of written and spoken German and English You are experienced in communicating with customers and service providers We offer you:
