Position Description Ryder is immediately hiring Permanent Full‑Time Forklift Operators and Material Handlers to operate sit‑down forklifts and stand‑up tuggers in a safe, state‑of‑the‑art warehouse environment handling automotive parts.
Schedule & Pay
Hourly Pay: $19.15 per hour
Overtime Pay: $28.72 per hour
Shift Premium: $1.00 when working Third Shift
Schedule: Third Shift Sunday‑Thursday 10:30 pm‑7:00 am (overtime and occasional Fridays as needed)

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least one year of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
Valid Forklift Operator’s License
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Team player with ability to work in a diverse environment
Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, and with a good attendance record
Strong initiative and high accuracy even under pressure
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
Adherence to health and safety methods
Flexibility to work various shifts
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
Accurate picking, packing, audits, tote induction, staging of products, and truck loading/unloading
Manage day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
Execute other duties as assigned to meet performance measurement guidelines of the contract
