The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific shift in a retail or food service establishment. They are responsible for ensuring that all employees are performing their duties correctly and efficiently, and that customer service is of the highest quality. The Shift Supervisor is also responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.

Train new employees
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
Ensure that all safety and sanitation guidelines are being followed
Prepare reports and maintain records
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines
