You’ll lead therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, gait training, neuromuscular re‑education, and functional activities that align with patients’ goals. Your responsibilities include documenting progress notes, communicating with physicians and the broader care team, and participating in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
