FT days, 3-12 hour shifts per week, 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., with rotating weekends****The Work:*** Providing patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.* Performing direct and indirect patient care tasks.* Providing assistance with activities of daily living and care such as bathing, hygiene, elimination and toileting, nutrition, feeding, hydration, ambulation and positioning.* Anticipating the patient’s family needs in a proactive fashion.* Individualizing and modifying care according to the patient’s needs.* Collaborating with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.* Supporting patient safety and satisfaction by performing regular patient rounds on the nursing unit and effectively communicating with all team members while providing excellent customer service.* CNA in State of Missouri required* We believe in work/life balance* We are dedicated to innovation and always looking for ways to improve* We believe in creating a collaborative environment where all voices are heard* We are here for you and will support you in achieving your goals# **Job Requirements**Applicable Experience:Less than 1 yearCert Nurse Aide (MO) - Missouri Division of Health and Human Services# **Job Details**Full TimeDay (United States of America)***The best place to get care.
