Variable shifts from Monday through Friday, operating from 0645 to 2315. Travelers will be scheduled for 40 hours a week, with the possibility of 32 hours if there is a holiday. The department covers call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with an average of 1-2 call shifts per week and up to 2 weekends a month. Job Description
The Surgical Nurse will be responsible for circulating cases and assisting with turnover cleaning, patient transport when needed, and scheduling cases. Responsibilities
Circulate various surgical cases including General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Ophthalmic, Urology, ENT, Endoscopy, Robotic, Obstetrics, and Gynecology. Assist with turnover cleaning of operating rooms to ensure a sterile environment. Transport patients as necessary. Schedule surgical cases effectively. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of circulating experience in a hospital setting. Ability to scrub cases is preferred. BLS certification required. State of Hawaii RN license is mandatory for this position. Why ARMStaffing?
