Coventya We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support staff, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality customer service. The role includes order entry, invoicing, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation. Duties and Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, politely, and courteously. Process entire customer orders: enter orders into Chempax, send confirmations, and invoice after shipment. Maintain diplomacy and tact in upset or escalated interactions. Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Take accountability for all job‑related decisions, actions, and directives. Provide feedback to the Customer Service Manager on potential problems or improvement areas. Maintain accurate documentation in required systems. Implement feedback from the Plant Manager to improve customer service. Answer phones and respond to customer requests. Provide customers with product and service information. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using computer systems, paperwork, and sales personnel. Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries. Identify trends in customer calls and alert the Plant Manager. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED plus 1‑2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills: reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals; writing routine reports and correspondence. Basic math skills: calculating discounts, interest, commissions, and applying algebra and geometry. Reasoning ability: applying common sense to instructions and solving problems with multiple variables. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chempax. Ability to sit for extended periods, use hands to type and move objects up to 20 lb. Can walk, stand occasionally, reach, kneel, or crouch as needed. Ability to work in moderate noise environments.
