Responsibilities As a Shift Leader, you will supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin'.

Qualifications
Fluently speak/read English.
Minimum 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
Passion for results by building teams.
Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time.
Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
