Employees may be exposed to varying weather conditions when removing trash and perform outside tasks. Frequent exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F is common. Standing: Most tasks performed from standing position, walking on tile/linoleum surfaces. Walking: Short distances for short durations. Sitting: Briefly for paperwork at a desk. Lifting: Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs, cases of ingredients up to 3' x 1.5'. Carrying: Items such as 3‑lb beverage cans, 30‑lb pizza sauce, trays of dough (≈12 lbs each) over short distances.
