Overview The role of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) is crucial to the life of our community. These caregivers assist senior residents with direct care needs while helping to maintain a safe and healthy environment. These caregivers get to know residents on a personal level and will alert management when a resident’s needs change. CNAs must be dedicated, compassionate, and respectful. CNAs are hands-on caregivers who make a positive difference in the lives of our residents each and every day.
Key Responsibilities
Report incidents or changes in residents’ condition to supervising nurse
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Participate in resident life enrichment programs
Interact effectively with residents and family members to address concerns
Participate in staff training
Other tasks as requested by supervisor
Qualifications
CPR and First Aide certification or ability to acquire within 60 days
Experience in senior care is preferred
* Sign-on bonuses are offered in incremental payments over a 18-month period for full-time positions only.
