Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our
Skilled Nursing Facility
located in Fayetteville. This role offers a warm, home‑like environment with a collaborative approach to rehabilitation.

About the Position
Provide evidence‑based therapeutic assessments and interventions in a Skilled Nursing Setting for both post‑acute and long‑term care patients.
Flex‑schedule; department opens 6 am–8 pm, 7 days/week.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and restorative nursing staff.
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school.
Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable).
Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult‑size patient.
Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices Physical Therapy according to state requirements.
